The basic cost for asbestos testing of Vermiculite samples is $55.00/sample plus applicable taxes. It takes no more than 8 business days to complete the test. Emergency rush service is also available at an extra fee (price per sample with HST is shown in brackets):

Our Laboratory operates on a published fee schedule, and we invite you to check the up-to-date prices by downloading our current price list . The rates are given on a per-sample-basis. The cost of the project proportionally depends on the number of samples. For example, if you send one bag of vermiculite, our invoice indicates a price of $55+HST. If you need to test 2 different areas of your home (2 samples), your invoice will indicate a price of 110$ =(2*$55)+HST.
Payment can be made in cash (in person), by cheque payable to LCS Laboratory Inc. (you are welcome to send/bring the cheques with your samples), Interac via email, or online payment with PayPal/Credit Card (we will send you an electronic invoice once we receive your samples).
