LCS Laboratory Inc., is a Canadian health and safety laboratory located in London, Ontario, Canada. This instruction is for our Canadian clients. If you are sending from a non-Canadian address please check our other page. If you are bringing the sample in person, we prepared instructions for you as well.
Our shipping address can be found at the bottom of this page and on our Contact Us page. First, make sure that your samples are safely packaged. Each sample must be placed into an individual Ziploc bag, (please label the ZipLock using a permanent marker) and enclose all of your samples into a larger bag. Download and fill out an LCS Laboratory request form. The form should be sent together with the samples.
We accept all means of shipments within Canada: FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, and so on.

If you are in rush, we do not recommend using Canada Post as it can take up to 12 business days for regular shipping and they are frequently 2-3 days late on Express and Priority shipping. We also noticed that Canada Post often drops your parcels elsewhere and the samples find their way to our lab 2-3 days after you have a notification that they are delivered. In short: there are better options than Canada Post. If you still want to use Canada Post Express or Priority Services, avoid requesting “signature required” this adds an additional delay, and signatures are rarely collected.
